Kristine Newberg is a clinical yoga therapist (C-IAYT) and certified yoga instructor (E-RYT 500, a special credential demonstrating more than 2,000 hours of teaching experience) with a passion for helping people discover the physical, mental, emotional, and healing benefits of yoga. She specializes in helping you build a resilient body and mind, and her practice is perfect for both beginner and advanced yogis, including those experiencing chronic pain. Her classes offer a peaceful opportunity to make movement feel good and reduce stress, anxiety, and depression so you can enjoy better holistic health and well-being.

Serenity Yoga

Gently flow through yoga postures as you connect breath to movement in Serenity Yoga, bringing a sense of calm to your mind and comfort to your body. Enjoy improved flexibility and mobility while receiving professional guidance to adapt each move to feel your best. We welcome all levels (including beginners) to join us on the mat.

Timeless Yoga

Settle into stillness with longer-held, supportive postures designed to release deep tension and restore calm. With an emphasis on breath awareness and meditation, Timeless Yoga encourages relaxation, mindfulness, and gentle healing guided by a yoga therapist. It offers a perfect reset for both body and mind.

Rise Yoga

Set the tone for your day with a mindful flow that strengthens, stretches, and centers the body. Rise Yoga blends fluidity and stability, balance, and breathwork to create a sense of focus and energy. Leave feeling refreshed, energized, and ready to rise to any challenge.

Saturdays, 10:00-10:45am

Seated Serenity Yoga

Enjoy all the benefits of Serenity Yoga without needing to get down to the floor. This chair-centered practice blends gentle flowing movements and stretches with breathwork to enhance flexibility, circulation, and overall well-being. Seated Serenity Yoga is ideal for anyone seeking a supportive and accessible yoga experience.
