Kristine Newberg is a clinical yoga therapist (C-IAYT) and certified yoga instructor (E-RYT 500, a special credential demonstrating more than 2,000 hours of teaching experience) with a passion for helping people discover the physical, mental, emotional, and healing benefits of yoga. She specializes in helping you build a resilient body and mind, and her practice is perfect for both beginner and advanced yogis, including those experiencing chronic pain. Sessions with her offer a peaceful opportunity to make movement feel good and reduce stress, anxiety, and depression so you can enjoy better holistic health and well-being.
