Saturday, December 27
Cardio Connection
9:00-9:30am
Cardio Connection is a fun, upbeat workout designed to improve the health of your heart, lungs, body, and brain. This energizing class uses a piece of cardio equipment (we have plenty of treadmills, bikes, ellipticals, and NuSteps) for guided interval training to increase your stamina in a safe, effective, and motivating way that is anything but boring. You could say that it’s vital!
Core Conditioning
9:40-10:10am
Whether for "looks" or low back support, we all want a strong core. Core Conditioning incorporates exercises for the lesser-known, hard-to-reach areas to effectively train your entire core. Crunches aren't going to cut it, and sit-ups are so 1950s. Join us for exercise, education, and fun — after all, laughing is good for your abs! This is a class you ab-solutely don't want to miss!
Mindfulness & Meditation

Mindfulness & Meditation offers a peaceful opportunity to calm your mind and relax your body with gentle, personalized guidance from the instructor. Light movements enhance body awareness, reduce stress, and help you focus on the present moment.

Small Group Circuit fuses resistance training, cardiovascular conditioning, balance and mobility exercises for an electric, total-body workout. If you’re looking to improve your all-around fitness and health, this is the class for you! Adaptable to a wide range of fitness levels.
Mat Pilates
10:00-10:45am
Mat Pilates uses intentional movement combined with breath and control to energize your body, strengthen your core, and fine-tune your alignment. You’ll leave the class feeling taller, stronger, and more confident in the way you move. Enjoy expert guidance and options designed for every body so you can leave it all on the mat!

Power Pilates blends precision with power by mixing classic Pilates core conditioning with full-body strengthening. You’ll challenge your body from head to toe without sacrificing form or flow. Deep Stretch
10:00-10:45am
Deep Stretch is designed to improve full body flexibility, enhance mobility, and promote overall well-being. With supportive guidance for alignment and mindful breathing through each move, you’ll leave the class feeling calm, refreshed, and renewed.
