  • How to recognize a cardiac emergency quickly (every second really does count)

  • Hands-on CPR skills for adults, children, and infants in need — including the right depth, rhythm, and technique to save a life

  • A step-by-step guide to using an AED device with confidence, with practice so it feels familiar

  • How to check for breathing and responsiveness and give effective rescue breaths if they're needed

  • What to do in choking emergencies for adults, children, and infants

  • How to stay calm, work as a team, and give lifesaving help before professionals arrive, turning fear into focused action

  • Question and answer session
